Podiatry service receives 750th call from Whitegate Health Centre

Blackpool Teaching Hospitals provides a podiatry clinic at the Whitegate Health Centre,

run by NHS Blackpool.

In between clinics, the podiatry call centre is available for enquiries and appointments

from the Infopoint help-point installed at Whitegate Health Centre.

This month, the podiatry call centre received its 750th call from the Whitegate Infopoint

help-point.

“It’s the next best thing to having a clinic or member of staff there full-time”

Sarah Bennison, InfoPoint’s Operations Director, commented “providing access to important services which aren’t necessarily always available on site is one of the main benefits of an Infopoint solution.”
